Wow, this makes me nervous ha! Well I like to draw sometimes in my free time but I don't really have much talent so I rarely post my stuff...actually I rarely show it in RL as well..But some time ago I started a R/Hr fanart and I was having fun doing it. I showed the uncolored version to my dear friend lillywmw , who not only happens to be one of the best artists around, she's also an awesome person, who I felt would be honest but kind with me and maybe give her opinion and some tips. That she did, and I'm so thankful :) with college and moving to a new house and everything else I ended up putting it on hold but I finally finished it so here it goes:

I just want to say that I don't see this as art actually, it's just for fun. But I'd greatly appeciate if all of you would give your most honest opinions on this. It may sound like I'm begging for comments...well I kinda am ahah Any concrit you can give me I'd love to read and if there are tips, suggestions even tutorials that you may share with me, I'd be very thankful, I'm just always ready to learn :)

I've just realized I haven't written in ages, been so damn busy lately. Mostly it has all been about "praxe" and school-I had a non-final exam which went so and so, not very well but not terrible either I think...I'll tell you my grade when I know it :) Not easy to do well when you can't understand most of what the teacher explains and you are only taught certain things that were in the exam, after it tho *rolls eyes*.
also, today we're going to sleep in the new apartment for the first time :) we've been moving things there these past dew days and it's such an exausting process, moving out, and it's the third time we're doing it. I'm just in that stage where it seems like you have two homes and at the same time you're homeless because the old one isn't really home anymore and new isn't it yet also. But I think I'm going to like living there, and I'm confident this was the right decision for us.
A not as good news tho is that my grandfather will go see the doctor on monday to have another prostate exam...it has been confirmed already that he has a tumor, and now this exam will be to determin if it's benign or malign :( we're hoping for the best of course but you can't help thinking the worst too...I'm very close to him and my grandmother and I've never had to deal with something like that, never had anyone close to me go through cancer *sigh* but no sense in worrying before the time right?

Wow, so much happening on my RL right now...first I wanted to show you a pic of my mom that I took and edited, what do you think?
anyway, a lot is happening right now. we've decided to sell our house and buy an apartment. my parents want to go closer to where they work and with the schedules they have plus me going to college, the house we're living in is just too big and to much work to do in terms of cleaning. we want something more pratical for our day-to-day life, that doesn' take away our litte free time just to clean. also it wil mean no more house debt to pay at all.we have the house almost sold and have chosen the ap already (if everything goes as planned, I'll post pics of it). I've never lived in an ap before, but I'm happy with this change :)
and finally the biggest news: today I got accepted to my first choice of University I applied for :D Soon I'll be a Psychology student! The last couple of days were a bit nerve wrecking, although I had good grades I was quite nervous. When I finally saw it I couldn't help but crying a bit from the nerves :) my parents were with me and they were so happy too, mom cried also, as was predictable :D all my friends got accepted to where they wanted to go too!
All this changes in my life are making me nervous, it's all going to be so different. I hope I make good friends and do well on school and that I like to live in my new home *sigh* scary, but exciting :D

Just a quick post to share with those of you who may not know about this... My favorite website www.rupert-grint.us aka ICM has launched some time ago their first issue of a new fanzine called Grintastic, something like an online magazine full of articles by staffers and other fans about  Ron, R/Hr, HP and most of all Rupert of course. They've recently launched the second issue, in which I participated with an article about fanvideos. So many good stuff happening in this last few days! let's see...
1. yesterday a cute red head passed me by on the street :) silly? well I love red heads, you know how it is, and they're rare around here! and it was a sunny day, which made his hair look even more amazing
2.caught Driving Lessons on tv for the second time in a couple of weeks, on the same channel. I think I may have a new favorite channel ahah
3. dad bought a new multi function printer (price was really good) to replace our normal ancient one. it's installed already :)
4.finally getting serious about loosing weight. I've been on a good diet for the last weeks but now I've come around to also start doing exercice daily. wish me luck!
5. best of all, I have a dear friend whose family unfortunetly can't afford for her to go to college and her dad was already putting her under lots of pressure to find a job (which is sooo unfair, if you knew her, she's been through so much and she works so hard, anyway...). she talked to her uncle who works in England (not far from london) to ask if he'd try to get her job at the same place he works, and she told me today he has confirmed that he got it, and she's now getting ready to go there on late september. I'm still upset that she won't get her degree, at least not yet, just because that would be important for her future, and it's not a dream job, but at least she has one, and it's in England, which is so amazing and much better then Portugal in most levels, of course.
just all around a good week for me and thought I'd share it :)

Yap, I too have joined this new addiction. Jamie Fraser...wow.
I've just finished the first book tonight and It's just so freaking amazing, seriously.
Will try to control myself to only read the second one in my breaks from my studying *sigh*

First day of two weeks studying for my final highschool exams - Portuguese will be on the 16th and history on the 23rd, wish me luck! Studying hard but making sure to stop to eat and rest from time to time and sleeping the entire night, because that's the only way I can do it. I could never spend the night studying and I don't think it'd be very useful anyway, it's important to let your brain rest a bit :)
Anyway apart from that, school was good and I think my grades will be quite good - fingers crossed on getting in uni next year, yay!
On a compeltely different note, today I discovered this singer called Imelda May (because her music will be in Rupert's movie Wild Target) and I LOVE it, I'm addicted, this one being my favorite right now:

Hey everybody! I've come back from London yesterday and I've been trying to catch up with everything that happened while I was gone so I didn't have time to post until now :)
first, London is wicked, bloody brilliant, amazing, perfect etc etc. I was not disappointed at all! I went to/ saw: big ben, houses of parliament, buckingham palace/change of the guard, tower of london, british museum, king albert and queen victoria museum, madam tussauds, hyde park/albert memorial/victoria memorial/kensignton palace, green park,natural history museum, national portrait gallery, london dungeons, london eye, convent garden, portobello road, hard rock cafe/store, beatles store, harrods, hamleys,king's cross(took a pic trying to get to through platform 9 and 3/4), national library, picadilly circus, wellington arch, marble arch,westminster abbey and trafalgar square/chinatown. phew that's a long list :D it was absolutely the best vacations ever - I will seriously move there if I ever have a chance. People were nice and they're so polite . I will pic pam you ASAP I promise! The hostel we stayed at sucked major time but whatever I was there to see, hear,smell and breath the city and that's what I did. god how I love London, honestly, if you ever get the chance, go visit it it's worth every pound/euro/dollar :D
